Hi, I'm Reyz.

I'm passionate about helping business owners stay on top of their finances so they can grow with confidence.

With over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, and financial reporting, I understand the challenges that come with managing a growing business — and I know how much of a difference it makes when the numbers are in good hands.

My role is to simplify the financial side of things and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, so you're never caught off guard. When your books are in order, you gain the clarity, control, and freedom to focus on what you do best.

We'd rather you ask than wonder —

Do I need to be on Xero?

Not necessarily — we work with Xero and MYOB. If you're on something else, we'll help you figure out the best fit and get you set up properly.

How much of my time will this take?

Very little once we're up and running. Onboarding takes more time upfront, but after that you're looking at maybe 30 minutes a month — reviewing reports or answering the odd question.

Do you only work with Australian businesses?

Primarily yes — our expertise is in Australian compliance, and we work exclusively with Australian businesses.

What if my books are a bit of a mess?

That's where we do some of our best work. Catch-up bookkeeping and cleanup jobs are part of the service — we'll get you back on track before moving to ongoing support.

How does the staffing service work?

We source, vet, and place a remote finance professional for your business. They report to you directly, but we handle coordination, timesheet oversight, and quality management.

How is Resync different from a bigger firm?
